Message of George Peck 1891

George W. Peck was elected as governor of Wisconsin on November 11, 1890. This little 16 page book contains his Governor's address.This is really just like the state of the union but for the state of Wisconsin. This speech outlines Peck's plans as well as his concerns and what he hopes to do during his tenure as Wisconsin's governor.
